Description
This melt-in-your-mouth maple candy delicacy is a top-seller during the holidays, and sure to be a favorite of anyone with a sweet tooth.
Maple candy is best if consumed within 10 weeks of production (expiration date printed on bag) because it tends to dry out quickly. Keep this in mind before buying maple candy as a gift. Do not remove from Mylar bag until candies are ready to be consumed. All boxes are weighted to have at least the advertised weight. Most of our molds are 1/3rd oz but they range from 1/4 to 1 oz, so each box varies with how many pieces are in it
- 100% Pure, all natural, maple sugar candy

- Made from pure Grade A maple syrup. Harvested and made in the USA
- No chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, or other additives. Gluten and dairy free.
- Shelf life of approximately 6-10 weeks, expiration date printed on bag. Keep this in mind before buying as a gift. DO NOT remove from bag until candies are ready to be consumed, keep unopened bag in freezer to extend shelf life
Can I have this shipped to Orchard Park, NY 14127
You sure can! Just add it to your cart, click view cart, then follow the checkout steps. Let us know if you need any help.
Shipping for two pounds is $11.90 to Illinois. That’s almost as much as another pound of candy!
We do offer free local pickup! Shipping has gone up significantly since we started unfortunately. We do balance our shipping charges every few months to make sure we’re bringing in the actual amount we’re spending on postage and boxes and are always looking for the most efficient delivery methods. Any other company who offers free shipping is adding that price into the product cost, there is no such thing as free or discount shipping, please keep that in mind when comparing other offerings.
I just ordered the maple candy and wondered how znd where it is made. Thanks
Hi Laurie,
We make the maple candy in our sugar shack in Hartstown, PA. Check out our blog post explaining the process in a video here: https://novamaple.com/vacuum-cooled-candy/
Do you use a drop or two of any type of oil to decrease foam? Since it’s part of the processing, some companies do that but it isn’t required to be listed as an ingredient. I’d love to know, as I am sensitive to some of these oils. Thanks!

We use ATMOS 300 as a defoamer. It is vegan/plant-based but the exact formula is proprietary. It is what 90%+ of producers use, and it is a very small amount. Hope that helps!
Hi. Interested in purchasing some candy. Is it certified kosher?
Hi, Unfortunately at this time we’re not certified Kosher. From my knowledge of what’s required there is no reason we wouldn’t pass, the syrup is literally just boiled tree sap. The certification process is just too costly to justify for our small family farm.
