What is the white powder that you pour in your cream
It is potassium sorbate, which is a preservative.
Does it have any preservatives? Any potassium sorbate? Or made in a facility with any items that have gluten or cross contamination?
Our maple cream does contain potassium sorbate as a preservative. There is no possibility of cross-contamination with gluten.

How is open syrup and maple cream stored? We have always refrigerate syrup but not sure if this is necessary. And we jave never had maple cream before

We recommend storing opened maple syrup containers in the fridge. Our maple cream, since there is no dairy in it, can be stored on the counter or in a cupboard with the lid screwed on. You may just need to stir it up when you get it out to use as it can separate a little after a while.
