Our maple cream is simply our syrup boiled down further and churned into a a rich spread with a consistency similar to natural peanut butter. Although cream often implies dairy, that is not the case here, gluten and dairy free.

Love this product, total game changer. A great way to suprise the inlaws.
just wondering what maple cream can be used for, Thanks
The maple cream can be used for spreading (toast, bagels, cinnamon rolls) or dipping (pretzel sticks, apple slices). Some people mix it into oatmeal or coffee even. It’s pretty versatile and offers a rich maple flavor.
I love peanut butter and maple cream sandwiches. So much better than jelly!
Interesting combination – we will have to try it!! Thanks for sharing!
I make donuts and this stuff is fabulous as a glaze instead of making a powdered sugar glaze. It is especially delicious on kabocha (pumpkin) donuts.
Hi! Is the cream ready to make maple taffy on snow (without boiling)? And do you send to Spain? Thanks!
Unfortunately we only ship within the US at this time.
From the maple taffy recipe that I saw online, you are supposed to boil syrup to 240 before letting it cool and pouring it over snow. Our cream is made by boiling to only 235 along with the addition of inverted syrup so that it will get churned into a creamy spread later in the process. That’s not to say putting our cream onto snow wouldn’t create a tasty treat, it just might not be the same as the taffy you’re describing.
Loved this product! A small amount goes a long way.
This maple cream is phenomenal! Maple is my love language. I highly recommend this creamy sweet decadent treat. I even love adding a bit to my coffee and tea. I had a shipping issue and the seller went above and beyond to correct this and make sure I was satisfied. Can’t say enough goodness about Nova Maple xoxo
Thank you for the kind words, Stacy!
