    Hi! Is the cream ready to make maple taffy on snow (without boiling)? And do you send to Spain? Thanks!

    • Hi Marina,
      Unfortunately we only ship within the US at this time.
      From the maple taffy recipe that I saw online, you are supposed to boil syrup to 240 before letting it cool and pouring it over snow. Our cream is made by boiling to only 235 along with the addition of inverted syrup so that it will get churned into a creamy spread later in the process. That’s not to say putting our cream onto snow wouldn’t create a tasty treat, it just might not be the same as the taffy you’re describing.
