We took delivery on our evaporator last night. 6×18′ oil fired Turbo 3 with a 6×10′ Piggyback steam pan. More photos later once it’s fully setup!

Our artist has been busy working on some logo ideas, and we’ve finally come to something we really like. Here is a preview of what it will look like, several more revisions are needed (color, details, tweaking, ect), but this is the general gist of what we’re going with.
