While we’ve been taking advantage of the nice weather to work outside, our artist has been working on our logo and future website and brand style. Here is a preview of what things should look like once we have time to work on the site some more

Below are some pictures of the property that were taken earlier this fall, before all the leaves fell off the trees. The branches are very bare now that we are getting close to Thanksgiving.

Only around 100 more taps and we’ll have the entires south side of the property finished! Lots going on behind the scenes too, our submersible transfer pump is on the way and we’ve been working on several other things that will eventually need done before the sap starts running.
