For Jake’s birthday I commissioned a friend of ours to create this sketch of our sugar shack. We love how it turned out!

Cruz Dragosavac completed it on an iPad and recorded the process in a time lapse video as well (click on the screenshot below to watch it on YouTube).

It’s hard to believe the first boil of 2021 didn’t happen until March! We boiled over 1,000 gallons on Tuesday and Thursday, with a little help from our friends, and still have sap left over. Take a look at some of the pictures we took.
