In honor of Jake’s birthday today, I made a maple cheesecake with graham cracker base, a recipe I found in one of our several maple cookbooks. It was a hit!

3 shots of this delicious maple cream liquor that was given to us as a gift (they must think we like maple or something)
1 shot of RumChata
1 shot of vodka
For a finishing touch, we rimmed the glass with maple sugar
