If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll either replace your item or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Occasionally items are damaged during shipment by the USPS, if this happens just send us a picture and we’ll get your replacement out the next day. Unopened items with the original seal intact can be returned up to 30 days from purchase, opened items may be returned at our discretion. Return shipping will be paid for by the responsible party, we’ll cover errors on our end but may deduct return shipping charges from the refund when the item is no longer needed. Most issues, while rare, are easily resolved. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer or negative review!
