If you’re in Meadville you can pickup our products at both the Market House and Malady’s Meat Market, or at the Juice Jar in Erie!

One thing that always puts a smile on our face is when we hear reports of our products out in the wild.  We’ve had two of these reports this year, with the first coming from multiple people! If you ever run into Nova Maple Syrup away from home, make sure to take a picture and send it to us!

Minnesota Maple Fest – Our friends who live in Minneapolis were attending a local maple festival, where one stand had samples of our granulated maple sugar!

Wow, it’s been six years since we made our last post about planting trees! We’ve planted a handful every year since then, at least 50+ total now. This year has been no exception. In addition to all of the fruit trees, we’ve also planted some pretty cool maple variations! Here are some pictures, which I’m sure we’ll appreciate in 5-10 years as they grow! Some of our favorites are the four  Japanese/crimson maple variations, weeping willow, sycamore, and gingko.
