Below are some pictures of the property that were taken earlier this fall, before all the leaves fell off the trees. The branches are very bare now that we are getting close to Thanksgiving.

Only around 100 more taps and we’ll have the entires south side of the property finished! Lots going on behind the scenes too, our submersible transfer pump is on the way and we’ve been working on several other things that will eventually need done before the sap starts running.

We took delivery on our evaporator last night. 6×18′ oil fired Turbo 3 with a 6×10′ Piggyback steam pan. More photos later once it’s fully setup!
