Draining and cleaning the sap tanks. We never had time to put a valve on this season and our knife blade snapped while cutting the tubing, it ended up looking pretty cool though!
This might be the last boil, the buds are finally showing and the taste is coming through. Sad but relieved, maybe we can take a vacation and have some fun in April, it’s been a long grueling grind tripling our size in one year!
