Late Season

Two years ago we finished with very dark syrup on March 15th. Last year we finished with commercial grade on the 28th. This year we bottled 108 gallons of amber on the 31st with a promising forecast coming up. Lets hope we make it by the 61° temps Tuesday and into the freeze/thaw cycle later in the week!
