Amazon gives extra privileges to companies that are registered, we no longer have to worry about another seller hijacking our listing with counterfeit product and we now have additional privileges. April 3rd and still making syrup, bottled 400 half gallons of amber yesterday along with filling a drum!

Two years ago we finished with very dark syrup on March 15th. Last year we finished with commercial grade on the 28th. This year we bottled 108 gallons of amber on the 31st with a promising forecast coming up. Lets hope we make it by the 61° temps Tuesday and into the freeze/thaw cycle later in the week!

These greenhouses were recently constructed to insulate the sap releasers and prevent ice building up inside, allowing optimal sap collection.

The electrical heat cable will work in tandem with the sun’s rays to keep it warm in the mornings before temperatures rise to above freezing. Usually the heat from our vacuum pump warms the releasers, but these two are in remote locations.
