Our new custom order candy machine will help us meet holiday demand this season. Our old machine churned the syrup slow, only filled one mold at a time, and was difficult to use. Our new machine churns faster, makes consistent candy, and can fill up to four molds at once. It will be a huge time saver this season seeing as we sold over 1,000 pounds of candy in December last year! As a bonus it makes cream, we’ll post a video of that soon.

We recently ordered a custom maple sugar sifter. It will eliminate clumping and ensure consistent quality in every container.  The sugar is packaged while it’s sifted, allowing us to pack up to 600 pounds of sugar in a single day!
