Holiday Shipping Rush 2020

We have always sent the bulk of our syrup through Amazon’s distribution system. Lately we’ve started to sell a much larger share directly from our website, plus due to maple candy’s shorter shelf life it is always sent fresh from the sugar shack. Here is a brief look into what went out directly from the sugar shack over the last two weeks.
 
Traditionally January-April is our busy season making syrup, however this year we were definitely busier in November-December. This would never have been possible without an amazing team, who start in the morning around 5:30AM with the first candy batch and ended around 8PM when the last box was packed up for the day. Looking forward to going back to normal and getting into the woods again – tentative tapping scheduled for the second week of January!

Containers 2021

After some crazy supply chain issues this year we’re mostly stocked up on containers for 2021! 50,000+ units ready for syrup, sugar, and cream. We should be on track to pack around 10,000 gallons worth of syrup in all of these!

Maple milk for Santa

While you’re making your Christmas plans this year, don’t forget about Santa! Why not leave him something special this year (after all, 2020 has been tough on everyone!)? Instead of plain old milk and cookies, why not try MAPLE MILK! That’s what Santa will be getting when he visits our house – that is, if Dexter doesn’t sneak downstairs and drink it all before he arrives!

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Just like making chocolate milk with chocolate syrup, pour a little (or a lot) of syrup into your glass of milk and give it a stir. The color won’t change too much, so you’ll probably end up with a normal looking milk mustache.
