This summer we spent a few hours each week upgrading our trails. When we installed the main lines in 2015 we lost access several trails, so the goal was to reclaim these lines and add a couple more. Lines under two feet had small bridges placed over them, while waist to chest high lines were propped up with rebar. Those trails are now ATV/go kart/golf kart accessible all year except during syrup season. We also added a handful of completely new trails in select spots. Now we have just over five miles of manicured trails. These will come in handy for tapping, leak checking and maintenance, while also providing recreation for our family and farmhouse rental guests.

We now have pint glasses for sale! Grab them on our website, or in person at the farm! We’ve been using these here for the last couple of weeks, they’re heavy duty and dishwasher safe.

In just a few short days the Kauffman crew completed our building! The garage doors are on order and should be in next week. Next we’ll prep the last few inches of gravel for concrete.
