Our “new” 80 quart Hobart mixer. Ran our first test batch Tuesday, this thing easily converted 15 gallons of syrup to almost 100 pounds of maple sugar in less than a half an hour. No size reference in this picture but this machine is taller than a person and weighs well over 1,000 pounds!
