Our vanilla and cinnamon infused syrups are ready to go, check them out on our website here! The cinnamon version is currently available on Amazon, while the vanilla version is still being packed/shipped and should be there in a week or two.

Last October we took a vacation to Hawaii and visited a vanilla bean farm. We decided to age some of their beans in our syrup, a popular twist on maple syrup, similar to bourbon barrel aging. This month we finally had some time to try several variations and find the best recipe. We plan on bottling our first full batch this week so that it’s ready in time for Christmas, stay tuned!
